The Green Bay Packers beat the Washington Redskins today, so according to tradition, John Kerry will be elected president.
But if Kerry somehow loses on Tuesday, I won't have the Packers to blame. Instead, I'll pin it right where it belongs: squarely on the shoulders of this country's grossly uneducated electorate.

Yesterday at the Philadelphia airport, Carol Mosely Braun (senator from Illinois) was behind me waiting for security. I told her that I was from Illinois (kind of a white lie) and it started this huge dicussion with other people in the line that are also Dems. ANyway, that was MY good omen in the swing state of PA.

Maybe they all voted by absentee ballot.
