The tagline of this billboard suggests that this particular clown has needed a bail bondsman on a regular enough basis to have compared services and chosen a favorite. That's one messed up clown.

That is pretty funny. Maybe the suggestion is that this bail bondsman's customers are a bunch of clowns. In any event, it seems an ineffective ad because if I were speeding down the highway (I presume you were on foot when you saw this), I would have missed Rocky's name and phone number.

I did, in fact, take this from the confines of a speeding car. You know it was speeding because Deborah was driving.
